With individuals, I will meet them at their point of pain and build hope for a different future.  I will use a variety of techniques to help you work towards the goals you choose for yourself.  Recent research shows we can actually re-wire our brains to respond in different ways when we understand why we are reacting in ways we may want to change.  My approach may include mindfulness training, cognitive-behavioral concepts, and neuro biology to re-wire your brain for success.
